Montfort School celebrated the most prestigious and awaited event, the 107th Annual Sports Meet on the 22nd of July. It was presided over by Dr. Prassana Venkatesan, MBBS, MS, DNB, Alumni, Batch of 1993, as the chief guest.
The event started off with the unfurling of the National Flag and the School Flag, followed by the inspection of the parade, with 600 proud athletes. The chief guest declared the meet open once the torch was lit and the athletes donned the field with their spirit of sportsmanship, dedication and hard work.
The afternoon session boasted the water polo and the cultural events, followed by the distribution of the prizes and the day ended with merriment in the hearts of all present.
