The students of Montfort are always on the hunt to overrun the unimaginable and beat the unconquerable. One such example is the effectuation for the Guinness. On the 5th of February 2022, the young champ Master Vishwanath RR of grade 10, conquered a daring set of dreams to etch his name in the Guinness book of World Records. With the right amount of motivation and enthusiasm from the Principal Rev. Bro. Domnic Savio, he was able to accomplish this task. The untiring support from the Physical Director Mr. Jayakumar V and his coach Dr. Pargunam had him stay focused upon his dream.
A brief description is what we have here.
Most number of cricket bat touches with a cricket ball in one minute. bombarding the previous record of 283 touches, he was able to unleash a mammoth attempt of 329 touches. The one minute stand by Master Vishwanath RR kept the crowd go bonkers in no time. After the completion of his first record, he was ready to conquer the next feet immediately.
He also added laurels to Montfort school, Yercaud by controlling the cricket ball with the edge of the cricket bat surpassing the previous record of three minutes with his mind boggling consistency of 59minutes and 46 seconds.
Master. Vishwanath RR the young achiever, thanked his dear father Mr. Ravichandran who has been the pillar of strength in accomplishing his dreams.
