On the 2nd of September, Children from Grades III to VI were taken on a picnic to Stanemore Estate. The kids were dropped off at the estate and were allowed to explore nature, after which, they were supposed to have a session of games prepared by the teachers. But the children were so excited that the scenario turned around after a few rounds of games for the kids and they started to conduct games for teaches who had accompanied them. They left back to school with reluctance after a splendid lunch, carrying memories they had made with their friends.
Wild Walk
The Students of Grades VII to XII were taken for a Wild Walk to Maryland Estate, which was around 13 Kms from school. Buses were arranged for children who would find it difficult to walk that distance. But surprisingly, all the kids were happy to walk and send back an empty vehicle. They were asked to rest after the walk, but their excitement was so much that they were ready for the fun ahead and wanted things to move fast. They were provided with lunch followed by fun games according to their houses. The vehicles were arranged for their return, which again was refused by a few who walked most of the way back.
