Yoga connects MIND and BODY…Participating in Yoga and Mindfulness Activities at School relieves stress and anxiety in young Children, improving their Wellbeing and Emotional Health. It helps in self discipline and self-control, leading to immense amount of awareness, concentration and higher level of consciousness. It is a great channel for releasing stress and anxiety.
Yoga Club was initiated before several decades ago in Montfort. Few minutes MEDITATION before the Class is compulsory. YOGA CLUB keeps our Children active and energetic, calm and composed.
Practising YOGA and taking the mindful pauses throughout the day is like hitting the RESET button.
